Yes, limited viewings are available. If you’re interested in a property, please contact our team to schedule a viewing. However, please note that viewings are only organized for currently vacant properties.

We offer flexible rental terms, starting from just two months, with options extending up to 3 years.

Our main focus is on central Dublin, including areas such as Dublin 2, Dublin 4, Dublin 6, Dublin 7, and Dublin 8. We’re expanding further, so be sure to stay tuned!

Our properties come fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, including pots, pans, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron with ironing board, bed linen, and towels.

Check-ins are available from 4 PM to 9 PM. Late check-ins have the following surcharges:

  • 9 PM to 11 PM: €50
  • 11 PM to 1 AM: €100

Check-ins after 1 AM are not possible and will be rescheduled for the next day.

Check-out time is until 11 AM.

We promptly address any issues that may arise during your rental term, coordinating with landlords and maintenance teams to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Yes, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.

We offer a wide range of properties in Dublin, ranging from high-end luxury apartments to budget-friendly options, catering to diverse preferences and budgets.

Yes, we offer both options. Tenants can terminate the rental contract earlier by informing us at least 45 days in advance. Extensions are also possible if both parties agree and the property is available.

Yes, all of our properties come with bi-weekly cleaning services to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment. Tenants can schedule these services according to their preference through their assigned customer support member.

Yes, pets are allowed. However, please note that a pet deposit of €250 is required for each pet.

The cleaning fee is designed to ensure clean accommodation for every new tenant. The cleaning fee depends on the apartment’s size and complexity, but it is never over €200.
